Can we talk about this fab necklace!? I am in love! I am loving the mixed metal trend & this one is simple, yet definitely a statement piece. I just got these flats the other day in the mail & adore them. I love how they strap up and that you can wear with jeans or a cute shift dress. They are suede, I wish I could have got my hands on those faux leather Topshop ones instead, but these will suffice.

I am prepping our laundry room for the final stages of completion. FINALLY!! Paint and the cabinet install is the last of it & you'll be happy to know I have been able to do laundry :)
