Christmas Tree Pickin'

We went to a local tree farm on Saturday with my sister, brother and their families. We don't get a real tree, but we usually go to get garland, a fresh wreath and just because we love the whole experience! You get on a tractor that takes you out to acres of tree, all different kinds & a worker cuts it right in front of you, throws it on the back of his pick-up and you ride back and take yours home. They have hot chocolate, games for kids and the perfect photo back drop :)

I definitely wanted to be comfortable so I opted for my riding boots that I have had for about 3 years now. I paired with these leggings, which are amazing because they are super thick and wash so well. This plaid tunic is the same style as the one I wore in this post, I love how long it is & such a great price!

Happy Friday! I cannot believe how soon Christmas will be here! Our annual Christmas Party is next Saturday & my anxiety is at a 10 because I have nothing done, except decorating! I am so behind this year compared to other years, I will be spending the weekend shopping and prepping for it. What are you doing this weekend? Last minute shopping?!
