If you don't plan on wearing a dress for NYE, you can always go with black pants and a fun top! This one from Topshop sold out so quickly, but does randomly get some sizes back in stock, so be sure to keep checking back for your size. I don't own a velvet top like this, actually I don't own velvet anything, so it was nice to add this to my closet. I got the sequined clutch on a Kate Spade Surprise sale, so it's sold out, but still available on the link I provided and ebay!
